1. Return Eligibility
We only accept returns for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

You must record a clear unboxing video showing the package from all sides before opening, and the product being unboxed.

The video must clearly show the issue (damage/defect).

Requests without video proof will not be accepted.

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the video and your order details.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind or dislike of product

Wrong size or color choice

Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Personalized, engraved, or custom-made items

Sale or discounted products
3. Return Process (For Damaged Products Only)
If your product arrives damaged:

Attach the unboxing video, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Our team will verify the video and guide you through the return process.
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions to send the item back. After inspection, we’ll either issue a replacement or refund, as applicable.
4. Refund Process

Refunds are issued only after product verification.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees and COD charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
We provide exchanges only for defective or damaged items verified through unboxing proof.
If the same product is unavailable, we’ll offer store credit or a refund.
